In my coursework, I learned about the acronym D.R.E.S.S. (diet, rest, exercise, stress reduction and supplementation) which forms the solid foundation from which all heath is built upon. When this foundation is rock solid, your “army” becomes incredibly efficient at dealing with any and all enemy threats. However, be advised: you cannot “out-supplement” the rest of the D.R.E.S.S program, all five components are crucial if you want to thrive.
